Q: If I want to apply for the property what is the next step?

A: You need to complete a Tenancy Application Form, this will be available for you at the time of your viewing.

Q: How do I get the Tenancy Appliation form back to you?

A: If you have all the information and documents with you the Tenancy Application can be given to the Agent at the viewing, alternatively you can scan and email the Tenancy Application to This email address is being protected from spambots. Q: What documentation do I need to provide?

A: You will need one form of picture identification, for example a valid passport or Driving Licence per applicant.

Q: Are there any fee's to pay?

A: Yes, we charge for Referencing, Inventory and the Administration of the Tenancy, please refer to the tenants information guide on our website.

Q: How do I make payment?

A: You can pay our agent in cash or pay by Bank Transfer to:

Q: How long before I know if my Tenancy Application has been accepted?

A: We can usually give you an answer within 3 or 4 working days however this will depend on how quickly your employer or previous Landlord responds to us.

Q: What happens if my Tenancy Application is unsuccessful?

A: We always check Tenancy Applications before we submit them and if we believe they will not pass we will advise you and refund your fees, if however the Tenancy Application is processed and as a result of incorrect information supplied by you, no refund will be given.

Q: What length can my Tenancy agreement be?

A: The minimum period is 6 months, however 12 months is the standard period.

Q: What happens at the end of the Tenancy Application?

A: We will contact you 3 months before the expiry of your Tenancy and ask if you would like to renew your Tenancy Agreement, there is a £50 renewal fee payable.

Q: What is the next step if my Tenancy Application is accepted?

A: We will confirm this in writing and advise you of the next steps to take.

Q: Do I need any insurance before I move in to the property?

A: Some landlords will insist that you must take out Tenants Liability Insurance this will cover any accidental damage to the property usually up to £2500, we will advise you if this is acceptable on your property.
